This is something that has been bothering me for a while now.

I have this favourite band, Sleeping with Sirens. And I showed some of my friends some of their music. Two songs, If You Can't Hang and Do It Now Remember It Later.

I hate it when, you have something you love and someone comes along and their like "Oh look, this is my favourite band!" Even though It's not their favourite band, even though they have only heard two songs.

And then they start to think that they know soooooooooooo much about them. It's like "Noo, they're my favourite band, have you heard every song and know every single song backwards forwards and stuff? No I don't think so.

The one of my friends say "My mum wanted to take me to one of they're concerts, even though they're on the other side of the WORLD!" and then they buy their new album, and you like "Just stop, yes you're one of my bestfriends but these guys are my guys. It's the whole anime thing with your sister over again!"

There are something I want to keep to myself. And Sleeping with Sirens are one of them.

It just really pisses me off. Like stop, they're MY favourite band, not yours. It's my favourite... thing, whatever it is it's mine not yours.

Ifeel like a complete snobby selfish bitch saying it, and I hate being that way, but it really bothers me :/
